Description: Tools to identify persistent dengue transmission hotspots
        in Mexico. Calculates the local spatial statistics Getis-Ord
        Gi* and local spatial heteroscedasticity (Hi), runs space-time
        analyses (Knox test, SaTScan, transmission chains) and fits
        spatial log-Gaussian Cox process models with INLA to map the
        intensity of dengue cases.
